This monitor works great but is detected by device manager as 'Generic PNP Monitor'. In the ASUS Monitor settings I've unchecked DisplayPort Deep sleep (turned it off) Turned off Windows Fast Startup Have my Windows 10 power settings set to High performance Updated all drivers and windows updates I'm using the displayport cable that came with the monitor but I've ordered a new cable and will try that. It also shows as Asus VS247 in Devices and Printers. Basically I want it comfortable with tru colour representation but also when gaming I dont' want it too dark that I can't see stuff and enemies etc but don't want it too bright that it looks washed out or I get eye strain.
